Official Promotion Terms
$250 Advertising Credit
Effective July 22, 2026
1The Offer
Offer available to the first 250 eligible customers who spend at least $500 in paid media through the Blockboard platform. Once an eligible customer has spent $500 in paid media through the platform and the spend has been paid in full, a $250 advertising credit will automatically be applied to the customer's account for future ad spend on the platform. Limit one credit per customer, company, account, or advertiser.
2Qualifying Spend
The $500 spend requirement excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, existing credits, setup fees, data fees, managed service fees, third-party fees, or any other non-media charges unless otherwise stated. Customer account must be approved, active, and in good standing to qualify.
3The Credit
The $250 advertising credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be applied to past balances.
4Validity Period
Offer valid from Jul 22, 2026 through Jul 24, 2026, or until the first 250 qualifying customers have been verified, whichever occurs first. Campaigns are subject to platform approval, inventory availability, applicable laws, Blockboard's platform terms, advertising policies, and privacy policy.
5Changes to the Promotion
Blockboard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Blockboard also reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel this promotion or any related advertising credit for any customer who does not accept, comply with, or remain in compliance with Blockboard's privacy policy, platform terms, advertising policies, or other applicable requirements.
6Disqualification
Blockboard may disqualify any customer from this promotion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, misuse of the platform, non-payment, policy violations, or any activity that Blockboard determines, in its sole discretion, violates the intent or terms of the promotion. Void where prohibited.
