Billing Settings and Transactions

Add a payment method, manage your billing details, and keep funding current so your campaigns run without interruption.

To publish campaigns in BlockVantage, you must have an active payment method and sufficient account balance. Keeping your billing information current helps ensure campaigns run without interruption.

Before You Launch

  • Add a payment method — required before any campaign can go live.
  • Confirm available credit to support automatic billing charges.
  • Monitor your Required Balance, which reflects the funding needed across all campaigns in the account.
  • Keep billing details up to date to avoid declined payments or paused campaigns.
NoteFor shared accounts, the card on file funds all campaigns within the account.

Billing Details Tab

Manage your account information, billing address, and payment methods in one place.

Account Information

  • Account Type: Personal or Business.
  • Email: Receives billing notifications and receipts.
  • Name: Account holder details.

Billing Address

Enter the address associated with your payment method:

  • Street address (Line 1 & optional Line 2)
  • Country, State/Province, City
  • ZIP/Postal Code
  • Phone number

Payment Cards

  • Add New Card: Securely add a credit or debit card.
  • Refresh: Update your saved cards.
  • No Cards Added: Displays when no payment method is on file.

Once added, your card will be used to fund your account and support active campaigns.
